Job Summary: Sales Support Representative will support the department to carry out essential functions in support of sales teams in many different areas, including reporting, customer information gathering, CRM system maintain, internal communications, documentation and logistics support. Sales Support Representative will undertake administration and other office-based duties for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare for all business related documents for the purpose of business use
2. Take in charge of coordinating various data and generating business reports
3. Attend internal meeting, and keep and file all meeting minutes, and follow up actions from all related people.
4. Act as an internal coordinator to assist management team for follow up administrative and business issues
5. Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor

Qualifications:

1. Education: College degree or above
2. Minimal 3 years sales/customer service/sales support experience with MNC background;
3. Skills & Personal Attributes: Good communication skill in both Chinese and English; With Strong interpersonal skills and positive team player Excellent in office software (Excel, Word, PPT etc.),
