Senior/Quality Assurance Manager
Responsibilities:


Reporting to the Operation Director, the successful candidate will lead and drive quality improvement through the organization. Develop the Quality Management System for China Plant to assure that products manufactured meet or exceed product specification. He/she will be also responsible for Quality Control, Quality Compliance, Documentation and Quality Engineering.


· Manage and oversee the QA Department in supporting production operation to meet quality requirements.
· Ensure all in-coming, in-process and out-going quality are in compliance to specific requirements including directs employees engaged in measuring and testing products and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability
· Devises sampling procedures and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data
· Responsible for material and product non-conformance including quality complaints, investigation, follow up on corrective and preventive action.
· Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the company's Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS & EMS).
· Participate in both internal and external quality audits and ensure all corrective actions are addressed properly.
· Manage quality documents and ensure its proper implementation and conformity.
· Drive continuous quality improvement plans.
· ISO Document Controller
· Training and development of all quality personnel.


Requirements:


· Minimum Degree in Quality Engineering or related discipline.
· 5-8 years’ Management experience in related field is required for this position.
· Good knowledge in ISO9001/ISO14001 quality systems and audit skill.
· Possess good English communication skills both written and verbal.
