Stamping Production Manager/冲压生产经理（跨国500强制造企业）

Responsibilities:

1. Production Management
2. Hands-on direction of daily workflow on shop floor
3. Direct management of production supervisors, i.e.punchang and assembly
4. Process Improvement
5. Implement programs for continuous quality and productivity improvement.
6. Organize training activities.
7. Quality-Design and implement quality programs
8. Develop testing and inspection standards.
9. Investigate quality issues, drive correction action procedures.-Review quality record.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years factory supervision/management experience
2. Experience from metal stamping is preferred
3. Experience with quality systems and continuous improvement process
4. Computer literacy-Language: must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
5. University degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering or other ralated fields
6. Experience from working in a foreign company environment
7. Good Communications skills-Honest and responsible
8. Self-starter and problem solver
9. Quality oriented-Strong planner and with good analytical skills.
