Position Summary
This role will be responsible for leading the function of corporate marketing, and managing all branding & marcomm activities, including branding, public relations, marketing intelligence, internal communications, and etc, which will drive the Company’s efforts to position itself as a visionary leader to achieve its mission, vision and goals.
Responsibilities
Support leadership team to define the company’s corporate marketing strategy and organization for the company’s maturity/size.
Develop strategic planning and implement it to improve corporate technical image and service branding.
Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis.
Manage internal communications, announcement, newsletter, event, etc, to build an engaged working environment cross the company.
Develop and manage the Company’s corporate marketing budget.
Develop and track metrics and success criteria for corporate marketing programs and activities.
Requirements
10+ years marketing experience in high-tech or internet industry with 3 years in a senior management position.
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
Exceptional track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives, providing personal leadership through example.
Demonstrated ability to manage often outsourced marketing activities (PR, corporate identity system, website, etc.)
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven and team oriented environment.
Strong strategic planning and analysis skills in marketing and business (competitive) strategy.
Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence.
Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
Technical education background or working experience is preferred.
