ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
An multinational company specializes in Aerospace and Defense
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China
Reporting to:
Plant Manager
Travelling:
A few travelling to visit suppliers
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ In charge of daily purchasing operations, sourcing, price negotiation, buying
Issue Purchase Orders timely
+ Follow up and expedite supplier deliveries to meet On-Time-Delivery target
+ Work closely with Assembly and Production to source for alternative parts
+ Sourcing of parts from technical drawing
+ Sourcing of factory equipment
+ Standard parts procurement.
+ Technical support to supplier
Requirements:
+ College or above, mechanical background
+ Experience in Purchasing and with Mechanical background
+ Computer literate in MS Word, Excel. Knowledge of ERP system (SAGE X3) will be added advantages
+ Must be resourceful with strong sourcing, negotiation and procurement skills
+ Able to work independently and under pressure
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Mandarin native speaker, fluent in English
+ Cantonese will be added advantages
+ Be willing to work and live in Zhuhai
