职位描述/要求：

1、负责办公室各项日常行政工作，行政管理规章的监督执行；
2、负责办公用品采购，执行公司年度行政计划，控制行政费用；
3、负责公司的档案管理及各类文件、资料的鉴定及统计管理工作；
4、负责公司来宾的接待，辅助人力资源部完成各人事工作；
5、协助财务部的日常工作；

招聘要求：

1.大专及以上学历；

2.女，25岁以下，1年以上相关行政工作经验。优异的应届毕业生可放宽经验条件；

3.能够熟练运用Office各办公软件；

4.具备良好的英语听、说、写的能力；

5.亲和力强，积极、稳重、踏实、勤勉、敬业，具有良好的组织、沟通及协调能力，责任心强，敬业；

6.持会计上岗证者优先。
