Roles & Responsibilities

·Identify consumer knowledge gaps and recommend, design market applicable research projects.
·Manage the collection, synthesis, and analysis of the Great China trends, market data, research, competitive data, and internal data.
·Provide insightful recommendations that will impact the direction of the business.
·Develop Consumer Insight plan to support key strategic initiatives, ensuring comprehensive measurement of the marketplace, consumer dynamics and competition.
· Design appropriate study on consumer & industry trends and market research projects to identify business opportunities and address issues.
· Responsible for market analyses, monitoring industry and segments growth trend and gathering intelligence for strategic planning.
· Provide business analysis and actionable intelligence to internal stakeholders by interpreting research results, deriving implications.
· Develop processes to efficiently produce compelling and concise research reports and create systems for effective collection and use of competitive intelligence.
· Provide holistic strategy and fact-based decision making power to the organization.
· Lead regional research effort to discover consumer insight and to shape new product development strategy and implementation.
· Provide best-in-class intelligence and insights from internal and external data.
· Continuously explore and solicit all kinds of available data to extract useful insights in a structural manner.

Requirements:

1. 5 years of market research / consumer insight working experience in FMCG industry;

2. Both company side and agency side experience are OK;

3. Willing to travel
