工作职责

- 确保供应商质量，通过SEM选取高质量供应商

- 通过PQAP帮助推出稳定的新模式

- 保证供应商按时交货以及交货质量

- GSP 领导采购项目

- 管理供应商关系

- 完成领导分配的其他任务

Job Responsibilities:

- Secure high level suppliers and support supplier selection through SEM

- Help to launch stable, new models through PQAP (Part Quality Assurance Plan)

- Manage corrective and preventative actions at supplier regarding quality & delivery issues

- Improve supplier quality level & delivery performance through SQDP (Supplier Quality Development Process), Process Audit, Capacity Audit, Six Sigma, QI project, Index Audits, etc.

- Reduce the part cost through IPPS (Improved Production Process with Supplier), VA/VE, Lean, etc.

- Lead sourcing projects through GSP (Global Sourcing Process)

- Conduct management system improvement projects at supplier

- Manage supplier relationship

- Perform other supplier development business plan actions

- Handle other work assigned by SD Manager

工作要求

- 具有本科或以上学历

- 十年以上齿轮、变速箱、传动系统的技术，设计，工艺，质量，精加工等经验

- 熟练使用PPAP、APQP等质量工具

- 6sigma BB 或GB

- 良好的沟通协调能力，供应商管理能力

- 熟悉供应链的管理

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Purchasing or Quality or R&D or Manufacturing engineering dept. in related field. Work experience in the automotive, Construction Equipment or similar industries is preferred

- 6 sigma BB or GB; or Lean production leader is a plus

- Technical knowledge about related commodity, APQP & PPAP knowledge is preferred

- Strong communication Skills

- Initiative, Drive for Results, Sense of Urgency, Flexibility, Innovation and Creativity

- A decision maker who is initiative and result-driven with sense of urgency, flexibility, innovation and creativity,

-Excellent skills in audit, strategic sourcing and problem analysis & solving

-Good management skills in project, supply chain and supplier relationship

- Business & Enterprise knowledge

- A good team player with collaboration spirit and ability to manage change

- Expert in supplier development

- Good computer skills (MS WD/EXCEL/POWERPOINT)
