Principal Accountabilities：

主要职责：

Focus on export business:
着眼出口业务：
－ Follow and audit all factories’ export business. Give strong support to each factory’s export function.
跟进（督促）事业部各个工厂的出口业务，并给予强有力的支持。
- Keep continuous focus on aboard market information and customer condition.
持续关注海外市场的信息及客户情况。
- Understand competitors’ sales condition in export area, monitor activities of competitor.
了解竞争对手在出口相关区域的销售情况，并了解竞争对手的相关活动。
- Liaise with customers to ensure smooth execution of export trades.
做为客户的联系人，以确保海外贸易的顺利进行。

Develop new business oppurtunities:
发展新的商业机会：
－ Collaborate with the other business units (CSA, CCC, ROCM and Sugar) and develop new business opportunity for Cargill.
与其它业务单位合作为嘉吉开拓中国市场的商机，例如特种配料事业部、精炼油和砂糖业务单位。
- Develop aboard new customers in the area which has been permitted by Cargill.
在公司政策允许的区域，开发客户，实现出口销售。

Satisfy customers
客户满意：
－ Manage customer needs regarding technical service, customer service and marketing support in order to achieve the objectives.
为达到客户满意的目标，通过提供技术支持、客户服务和市场支持来管理客户需求。
- Utilize technical and application expertise to provide solutions to customers.
通过使用技术或应用方面的专业知识为客户提供解决办法。

Ensure proper management of credit/market risks
确保对信贷或市场风险的有效管理：
- Monitor the credit limits for identified customers and the overdue receivables.
掌握关联客户的信贷额度及逾期帐款情况。
- Ensure the credit policies are properly applied.
确保信贷政策被有效执行。

Education, Experience, Skills：

教育背景，工作经验，专业技能：

- Minimum education: University degree with major in food science or business

食品科学或工商管理专业大学本科及其以上学历

- Speaking in Mandarin and English

普通话及英语口语熟练

- Minimum 4-5 years experience in sales work or export business

4-5年销售工作经验

- Good communication skills

良好的沟通技巧

- Good commercial ethics

良好的商业道德

- Good strategic thinking

- Strong execution ability to achieve challenging target
