Job Overview :

The role holder is primarily responsible for assisting and following the procurement issues for orders of spares parts in enhancing customer experience by serving and communicating with our HQ in Italy, and mainly communicating with external suppliers in Mainland China. He/she will handle Purchase requisition and issue Purchase Order to external suppliers, monitoring and coordinating with external suppliers to ensure delivery on time. He/she will appreciate and apply the company values in daily work to ensure they follow the standards required to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle Purchase Requisitions and issue Purchase Orders via SAP system
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Handling procurement and part of logistics tasks
• Liaise with related internal departments and close coordinate with external suppliers

Key Requirements :

• High school graduate, Bachelor degree is preferred
• 1 to 2 years relevant experiences in handling ordering processing
• Knowledge of SAP system is a plus
• Good speaking and writing in English, Mandarin
• Good communication skills, MS windows and Office skills
• Well organized, independent worker, self motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Positive thinking with proactive behavior
• Service-oriented and optimistic attitude
• Some prior experience in logistics
• Immediate available is preferable
