职位描述

Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Meets or exceeds the company's safety standards
  2. Pursues Calgaz strategy to support OEMs and Distributors with a strong focus on developing key distribution channels to large end users.
  3. Develops new business, identifies new markets, manages and builds relationships at all levels with existing accounts and works to grow dormant accounts within China.
  4. Develops long-term relationships with customers by focusing on changing needs and economic environment.
  5. Develops brand awareness through trade shows, customer visits, mail-shots etc.
  6. Works to introduce new products/services and calibration culture, provides sales solutions and training to support customers, develop and introduce business ideas and sales strategies based on regional market conditions and global pricing structure.
  7. Performs annual sales planning, budgeting and forecasting for short, medium and long-term growth and defensive strategies for the region he/she is responsible for
  8. Manages portfolio to maximize profitability by selling the products and services available, pre-sell company's capabilities and solutions; Implement price attainment to achieve objectives and control expenses through proper planning
  9. Works closely with customer service and logistics partner to maintain & augment delivery performance and stock requirements.
  10. Responsible for providing first-class service to customers at a timely and accurate manner, resolve customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  11. Actively follows industry and competitive trends and provides input to managers & team. Shares information across business units and throughout the organization to exploit all opportunities for identifying new account growth and profitability in a market according to the strategy.
  12. Prevent account loss
  13. Focus on North and Middle West markets, identify and grow key distributors to sell to the O&G, utility, mining, environmental protection and other markets.
  14. Meets sales targets defined by General Manager and communicates information
  15. Work and communicates closely with Calgaz global team in order to achieve Calgaz global goals.
  16. Other tasks as assigned by Global Sales Director

Requirements:

Eligibility

  1. Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in sales & marketing preferably in an industry environment
  2. Proven ability to make the best decision by evaluating the long term vs. short term benefits, demonstrate good potential of strategic mentality
  3. Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, ability to work with people from different backgrounds and understand the rich variety of work, habits and ethics.
  4. Knowledge of the targeted industry (Safety, Industrial Hygiene Oil &Gas, marine Industries) including the leaders and strategy or knowledge of spec gas industry will be a plus but not mandatory
  5. Good English (written and oral) and presentation skills
  6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power-Point,
  7. Able to travel including once/year to USA
