职位描述
PURPOSE
Process Quality Planning of products aligned with Kenwood regional, licensed and branded products.
Testing and validation of regional, licensed and ‘branded’ products aligned with Kenwood UK Conformance team and business requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality assurance planning of new products at product and component level, in conjunction with supplier and following Kenwood UK requirements.
2. Implementation of in house product test and validation programme, (in conjunction with supplier) in-line with Kenwood UK Conformance team and NPD programme requirements.
3. Involvement with the planning & co-ordinating of RoHS, REACH, MiCwF etc….and other third party testing in line with the Kenwood Environmental Manager and business requirements.
4. First-off tooling, pre-production and PRN sample validation, actions and reporting as necessary.
5. Quality assurance trouble shooting and communicating to other QAA members for improvements to be made through the CAR systems.

9. To be Pro-active on Corrective Action follow up for released products

1. Lap Top Computer and office equipment as required by the role.
2. Electrical and mechanical test equipment as required by the role.
3. Mechanical and electrical tooling as required by the role.
4. Mobile phone Sim card.

KNOWLEDGE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
1. Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking and written skills.
2. Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Qualification (ONC).
3. 3+ years experience in quality, design or development role (preferably with household electro-mechanical products).
4. Knowledge of current European household appliance standards and applicable Environmental Legislation.
5. Basic project management skills.
6. Computer literate.
7. Able to work under pressure.
8. Able to work with others.
9. Organised and disciplined approach to work.
