Responsibilities:
1、Service Network Development
--Develop service network to meet local user's service requirements in his district
2、 ASP Management
--Improve ASP's performance to complete KPI target in his district
--Manage ASP to execute service policy and service procedures made by HQ operation team
3、 Sales Support
--Build solid communication channel with local KA and MO's branches
--Provide fast service solution to KA and MO's branches when they meet service issues and product quality issues
--Provide service support to sales team's sales promotion
4、 Service Image Promotion
--HTC image and service image protection
--Hold service promotion in his district
--Local service benchmark with other brands
5、 PR and Critical Issue Support
--Provide fast service solution to consumers' complaint and decrease complaint rate in his district
--Build better relationship with local CA(consumer associate), local ICB and QSB
--Cooperate with PR team, legal team and sales team to handle critical product quality, safety or PR issues and avoid any negative impact to HTC

Requirements：
1、 Bachelor degree or above
2、 5+ years experience for customer service in IT & Telecom industry, in depth knowledge of district after sales business and process
3、 Confident, out-going with exceptional networking, interpersonal and influencing skills
4、 Highly motivated and able to work under great pressure
