Manager Regional Quality PP (Asia)
Job Title Supervisory Position:Director Global Quality PP
Job Requirements:
Univ. Engineer for Machine Technology or Business Administration
Occupational Experience:
3-5 years in Production processes, Quality Management, Metrology. Experience in the the field of primary packaging for pharmaceutical application (ISO 15378, ISO13485)
Additional Knowledge Requirements:Business fluent English language, local language skills, EDV-skills
Turnover:250 M Eur/a

Total number of subordinate employees: (functional) 5
Major Duties
Planning
??Supports the development and the periodic assessment process of the PP-QM-Strategy in cooperation with the Di- rector Global Quality PP to reach the mid- and longterm goals of the BS.
??Takes care for all regional QM-aspects.
Quality Management
??Coordinates all kind of regional Quality Management aspects and guide the local QM-Managers functionally to harmonize the PP-processes.
??Takes care for all kind of individual customer requirements in his region regarding Quality and supports the key ac- count management especially to fullfil the Quality-challenges of global operating KA-customers.
??Takes responsibility to ensure the PP-requirements to a state of the art Quality Management System (Auditing, In- vestments, Process improvements).
??Defines together with PPQ and local Q-managers release procedures for processes and products.
??Advices the regional operations managers and the site managers in all aspects regarding Quality.
Customer Service
??Defines Quality goals and takes care to meet them regarding customers needs.
??Defines and negotiates Quality contracts with focus on regional customers to ensure an increase of customer loyal- ty.
??Takes care for a appropriate and time related complaint management including monitoring of corrective and pre- ventive actions. Defines and implements therefore tailored processes with the customers.
??Supports KAM regarding all Quality aspects for product requirements, performance assessment, optimization.
Cost
??Takes care for the balance of benefit and cost for the BS to reach the customer’s quality requirements.
??Initiates activities to secure an economical quality standard within the production areas.
IMSU
??Takes care for the regulations by law and by company regarding safety at work and environmental protection with- in the regional responsibility together with the local Q-managers.
??Controls the compliance of the codes for safety and environmental protection and instruct the related coworkers.
Leadership
??Guides, assists and motivates coworkers regarding the actual company goals, Act in compliance with company’s code of conduct.
Executes other allocated tasks.
