ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT FOR LEADING EUROPEAN AND AMERICAN EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.

A Leading Foreign Automotive Tier-1 Components Supplier
Salary:
Competitive Package (depending on qualification and experience)

Reporting to:
General Manager
Responsibilities:
+ Communicate absolutes of Excellence and Principle
+ Identify and work with plant OS (operations system) team, to assist businesses with their OS execution
+ Lead the OSA and follow up gaps until closure
+ Assist regional/site director with planning and organizing the Lean implementation process, help plants to define right target through benchmarking and analysis
+ Identify and work with plant operation manager, to assist headcount control and labor efficiency improvement
+ Ability to use formalized problem solving approaches to effectively define problems and drive to solutions
+ Work with the plants or cross functions to identify the needs of the businesses regarding OS/QVC process support
+ Evaluate and measure the impact OS is making on the business results, adjusting the support as needed to insure business result improvements
+ Insure best practice sharing and OS implementation
+ Develop training program, lean workshops, coordinate to conduct OS implementation and workshop
+ Coordinate plant OS team for OS implementation activities, gap assessment follow up the action plan
Requirements:
+ Bachelors in Engineering with 8 to 10 years experience
+ Familiar with lean manufacturing concepts and practices such as The Toyota Production System,5S,Kaisen Workshops, Kanban,etc.
+ Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment, interacting effectively with multiple cultures
+ Having above 500-800 people company management experience
+ Black Belt certification is prefer
+ English capabilities and excellent communication skills
+ Good communication and interpersonal skill
+ Strong analytical capability and business sense
+ Strong leadership skills
