ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING AND OPERATION MANAGEMENT FOR LEADING EUROPEAN AND AMERICAN EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.
Client:
A Leading European Automotive Tier-1 Supplier in the Area of Powertrain and Seating Components
Salary:
Competitive Package (depending on qualification and experience)
Starting Date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Suzhou, Jiangsu
Reporting to:
General Manager
Responsibilities:
+ Supervise and operate the daily production activities
+ Responsible for set up, production line transfer from HQ to china and new production line set up
+ Improve the production process in the aspects of technical issue and product quality issue until readiness for series production
+ Keep closely cooperation and communication with other internal department
+ Prepare production plan and ensure the plans implemented timely
+ Work closely with quality dept to improve the product quality and process
+ Ensure the good maintenance of plant and workshop function and efficiency
+ Take part in responding on equipment emergency
Requirements:
+ University or above Degree in engineering or related
+ At least 8 years working experience with minimum 3 years of leadership experience
+ Solid production management experience from Automotive industry
+ Good knowledge in mechanical production processes
+ Preferably have experience in new facility set-up
+ Fluent English written and spoken skills
