ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Our client is a German Auto Parts Manufacturer.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China
Reporting to:
General Manager
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
> Production:
+ Production planning, ensures that goods are produced efficiently with right quality and quantity
+ Production control, organize production according to operation system, finishe production plan in time
+ Monitor the production processes and adjusts schedules if needed
+ Check the status of tools and equipment
+ Ensure the materials’ supply in time
+ Eliminate waste of resource (manpower/material), improve uptime and decrease scrape ratio etc
+ Supervise and motivates the team of workers
+ Responsible for the implementation of quality system within the department
+ Communicate and maintains Company policies
+ Maintain safety rules and practice good 5S management on site
+ Keep dept. ISO14001 implentment and updated
+ Organize to set the KPI within the department
> Maintenance:
+ Responsible to formulate the repair and maintenance regulations of all productive equipment
+ Formulate the yearly, quarterly and monthly preventative repair and maintenance plans for equipment
+ Responsible for keeping in good condition for all facilities and making continuous improvement
+ Responsible for making a proper total production maintenance to ensure the lines are running in proper way
+ Manage spare parts storing appropriately to reach a balance between cost and production needs
Requirements:
+ Engineering Bachelor degree or above
+ At least 13 to 15 years work experience in the production and maintenance areas
+ At least 6 years leadership experience
+ Familiar with plastic injection or stamping process
+ Automotive industry background is a must
+ Experience in new production base establishment is a plus
+ Operate PC skillfully
+ Good English language skills
