POSITION: Process Engineer

Mission

Provide all necessary technical support to the local B&S Centre, towards customers and local services, according central design rules and specifications.

Job Responsibilities

· Maintain and improve processing competence (Blomax and Aquabloc) to provide support and decision power in local projects;

· Build up competence in Preform and Bottle qualification/assessment;

· Build up competence in bottle development, within the guidelines defined by central B&S unit (CC SBM), incl. sampling capability.

· Build a database structure and maintenance guideline for this, between CC SBM and the local B&S satellite.

· Manage local change and introduce new Products and Processes.

· Be the local technical lead and expert for process Blomax and Aquabloc across the PET.

Work together with internal partner (e.g. production, QA/QC) to deliver:

1. Production document, Qualification and Validation documentation etc.;

2. Maintain and develop the validation plan and perform validation activities to ensure process is compliant and in line with registration;

3. Recipe management on key equipment or in SAP if applicable;

4. Expert in Technical and Process related problem solving and coach to PET personnel;

5. Product/process ownership (process map with the key parameters; risk mitigation plan). With the aim to continually improve the process where possible and drive the PET objectives.

Work together with external partner to deliver:

1. The validation plan in relation to change; and work with global/local supply chain team on the consequent impact/action to make sure the supply;

2. To provide the options/solutions for the regulatory questions and support regulatory audits;

3. Validation expertise/consultant for the change project to ensure that a consistent validation principle used as the global standard way of working;

4. Lead New product technical transfer & launching for commercial production.

Requirements:

· Engineering legere in processing and/or packaging technology;

· 3 years‘ experience in the packaging industry;

· Proficient in Chinese and English, written and spoken;

· Team player in international environment;

· High degree of perseverance;

· Able to work independently;

· Proficient with SAP, CATIA or Pro-Engineer, Machine controls, specific process technology analysis tools.
