PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Lead the customer education business development, including the planning, resources allocation, implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness.
· Collect customer training/education needs from all BG/BIU/Functions, provide solutions according to resources allocable.
· Expand the collaborations with Associations, Universities, Hospital and related depart of government to find more resources for customer education and internal training programs.
· Be responsible for making the Marcom plan according to business requests.
· Prepare the customer events budget application and cooperate PGP select vendor & communicate according to programs requests, to ensure the events implement.
· Contact with local vendors for events of special training project, and visiting program.
· Be in charge of the planning of the visiting requests and leading the arrangement of the visiting programs.
· Be responsible for the guide service during the visiting and keeping standard introduction contents update.
· Collect and prepare PHCA related introduction and promotion materials for internal and external customers.

MAJOR CHALLENGES:
· Keep good communication and relationship with different people.
· Resources allocation for customer education.
· Cooperation of events and programs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

a) Education学历:
University Bachelor degree or above.
b) Experience工作经验:
>3 years work experience in events organization and handling.
c) Travel Frequency出差频率:
25% - 50%

d) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:
· With strong communication skill
· With strong coordination capability
