Job Summary:
Pre- / After-sales technical support for sales organization focusing on products technology and field application;
Support sales organization for projects acquisition involving special feature;
Visit key customer and their applications with sales organization;
Investigation of returned instruments; application consulting.


Daily Responsibility
- Pre-sales & After-sales support in technical inquiry handling and application knowledge promulgation
- Service support for field instruments diagnosis & competition product performance / application analysis
- Responsible for process management for products maintenance and product structure improvement
- Technical support for Group sales organization in key-customer, big project and sales activity
- Investigate returned instruments, swift answering customer & consequent failure / complaint handling
- Engage in internal efficiency enhancement & customer satisfaction / field performance index survey
- Pre-sales & After-sales database handling & maintenance / Document control, handling and archiving
- Other duties assigned by department leader

Qualification:
- Engineering background in mechanical design or material science or metal machining/forming, with min. 5 years of field instrument/mechanical or related working experience.
- Field instrument and installation, commissioning experience is plus.
- Familiar with processes regarding certificate, e.g. material / mechanical design etc., as per drawing, Technical Delivery Conditions, norms, standards, specifications, as well as related manufacturing requirements is plus.
- Demonstrating strong skills and technical knowledge in internal-communication, external-negotiation.
- In addition to studied theoretical knowledge, the job candidate must possess minimum 5 years prior hand-on working experience in manufacturing industries, dealing directly with both Chinese and Expatriate colleague.
- Experience and ability in project management as well as teamwork and support decision-making
- Strong but friendly manner in inter-personal and cross-process skills
- Fluent English reading, writing and speaking. German language is a plus
- Willing to share and synchronize with Suzhou Plant and Group to standardize and uniform process
- Able to travel extensively and be away from home for period of time
- Formulate and maintain regular status reports of projects, process and commercial handling as per defined KPIs
- Support on demand of other department related function, like project acquisition support, documentation management.
- The candidate was expected as self- study, aggressive and be able to work under pressure.
