职位描述

Costing Supervisor


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Participate in the monthly financial closing, analysis and reporting

? Train and mentor junior cost accounting staff

? Prepares month end operating review package.

? Prepares month end manufacturing variance reports.

? Prepares and reviews various daily operating metrics to monitor business performance.

? Analyzes and reviews bills of material to ensure accurate product costing.

? Prepares actual versus budget analysis, manufacturing profit variance analysis, and actual to standard cost comparisons.

? Performs product line profitability analysis.

? Proposes improvements in Operations and Working Capital.

? Organizes and leads the annual physical inventory and manages the cycle counting process as appropriate.

? Review inventory, E&O and PPV review with material’s team and highlight risk to leadership

? Participates in preparation of annual budget and forecast.

? Expected to advise the China Finance Director immediately of any errors, irregularities or significant adjustments or journal entries as they occur.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

? Degree in Accounting and Finance

? Minimum of 5 years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, with a total of at least 7 years of experience

? Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

? Superior verbal and written communication skills to work effectively outside the accounting department

? Advanced excel skills and experience with ERP systems, JDEdwards preferred

? High proficiency in Hyperion desired

? Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

? Consistently operates at the highest level of integrity and is never willing to compromise with regards to ethical standards.

? Success in this position requires the ability to build a strong partnership with the business operations staff and to provide timely suggestions for cost reduction and margin improvement. These relationships must be built on respect, integrity, cooperation, teamwork and professionalism.
