职位描述
Job Title: Sales Executive - McDonald System
Location: Nantong, Jiangsu, China
Principal Accountabilities
1. The key face to McDonald's suppliers (chicken, potato, sauce, and bakery producers) on new business opportunity identification, customized solution development, relationship enhancement, game plan and contract execution, cross function engagement to continuously improve Cargill oil share and profitability; all of which creates a positive customer experience and distinguish Cargill from the competitors.
Study the feasibility of agency business model to import oil from other Cargill BUs and then distribute to customers in China.
2. Has primary responsibility to develop Nantong supply solution to McDonald's China. Interface directly with Havi, McDonald's QA and supply chain team to ensure Cargill exceeds their expectations.
3. Works side by side with APMEA Strategic Lead to develop McDonald's System First culture across functions.
Education
1. Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience in a business field.
Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the food or related industry
2. Widely being regarded as mature and high performance maker
3. Working knowledge of food company or foodservice distribution
Skills
1. Strong customer focus
2. Problem solving skills
3. Effective communication skills
4. Strong attention to detail and hands on approach
5. Strong integrity and moral principles that are aligned with Cargill's Guiding Principles; consistently does what one says one will do
6. Ability to effectively utilize word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database and office productivity computer applications
7. Good English speaker and user
