采购专员

职位描述：

岗位职责：

负责与全球供应商接洽，选择适合的供应商，以满足公司内部用户、采购部、晶圆厂以及德州仪器的要求；

考虑按时交货、有竞争力的价格、更短的周期等；

根据公司要求，推动供应商的质量改进；

能够同时管控多个项目；

具有一定的抗压能力。

职位要求：

2014届应届毕业生，供应链管理,物流，金融，国际贸易，会计等专业优先；

英语四级以上，良好的中英文表达能力；

Job Description:

For students interested in procurement, TI offers challenging assignments and meaningful learning that gives you the chance to think beyond the ordinary. As a member of our global procurement team, you’ll work with leaders across the company to help ensure TI has the talent and capabilities that are needed to win in the highly competitive semiconductor market space.

Working as a buyer in TI, you’ll be provided a unique opportunity to experience different procurement areas which allows you to have a good understanding of procurement work.

Job Responsibilities:

Contact with worldwide suppliers, selecting the most suitable one to satisfy the needs of internal clients, procurement department and TI;

Good sense of considering on-time delivery, competitive price and shorter cycle time;

Push the improvement on product quality according to criteria of TI;

Able to conduct several programs at the same time;

Able to overcome pressure.

Requirements:

2014 graduate, majoring in Supply Chain Management, logistics, finance, International trade and accounting, preferred;
