厂务电气工程师

职位描述：

对工厂系统工程感兴趣的同学，德州仪器半导体制造成都有限公司（TI）给你提供了一个富有挑战和有意义的学习机会让你能超越平凡。作为TI厂务部的一员，你将有机会与机械，控制，水系统以及操作的同事一起协作保证TI在争日益激烈的半导体行业中取胜。作为厂务电气工程师，你将有机会了解厂务设备以及系统评估，学会按照标准流程安排日常工作，处理突发情况。

工作职责：

日常工作包括监测系统报警，分析原因以及防范措施的执行；

协助完成周报，包括能耗追踪分析；

为成本降低/成本控制团队提供所需的数据和分析；

培训厂务值班人员；

主管分配的其他工作。

职位要求：

2014年应届毕业生，电力系统自动化专业优先；

具有工作热情和强烈的责任感；

有自我激励能力，能在压力下工作；

较强的分析能力；

较强的人际沟通能力；

良好的中英文表达能力。

Electrical System Engineer

Job Description:

For students interested in facility system careers, TI offers challenging assignments and meaningful learning at a company that gives you the chance to think beyond the ordinary. As a member of facility team, you’ll work with teammates of other systems include control, mechanical, water systems, and maintenance/operation team, leaders across the company to help ensure TI has the talent and capabilities that are needed to win in the highly competitive semiconductor market space.

Working as an electrical engineer TI, you’ll be provided a unique opportunity to know equipment and do system assessment, follow and develop standard procedures, schedule your routine works and control uncertain situation as well.

Job Responsibilities:

Daily works including checking system alarms to address root cause and follow up action to avoid getting worse;

Weekly report supporting, for utilities tracing, development plans follow up;

Support cost reduction/cost control teams with data and analysis;

Train operators;

Other assigned works by supervisor.

Requirements:

2014 graduates, majoring in electrical or automatic preferred;

Passionate and strong ownership;

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

Strong analytical skills;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Good at mandarin and English communication.
