工艺工程师

职位描述：

为晶圆的制造提供持续的技术及工程支持，对设备及工艺提出改进方案以提高生产效率，提升产能；通过DOE或者SPC的数据分析找出低良率的物理原因，并提升产品质量；与产品设计与研发的同事一起确保工艺与设计的协调一致。

岗位职责：

在无尘室进行日常值班工作；

优化日常操作和制造业工艺流程；

保持并且提升工艺流程，产品质量，以满足产品需求；

工艺过程开发以及新产品线的建立；

降低材料成本，提升设备的使用效率；

定期总结汇报产品问题和项目进程；

职位要求：

2014年应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业；

自我激励及抗压能力；

较强的人际交往及沟通能力；

良好的中英文沟通能力；

基本的数据分析及汇报能力。

Process Engineer

Job Description:

Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area. Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products; Develop and conduct statistical analysis such as Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) targeting physical cause of failure for yield loss and improving quality; Interact with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible.

Job Responsibilities:

Routine on-duty to work in the cleanroom;

Define and optimize the operation procedure and process specification for manufacturing;

Improve & sustain in-line process/product quality to meet production requirement;

Process development and transferring from mother fab for new product baseline setup;

Reduce the material cost and improve the efficiency of the tools;

Regularly summarize and report the production issue and project progress.

Requirements:

2014 graduate, bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering or science;

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Good at mandarin and English communication;

Basic data analysis and report writing skill.
