这是一个为期三年的轮岗项目，在这个项目里，我们准备为TI技术和制造部门培养未来的领导者。在这里，新的大学毕业生将在充满挑战和乐趣的工作实战中，获得技术和领导能力的发展。项目成员还将有机会在我们的技术开发部门与客户一起设计新的产品，或者参与测试技术和产品工程以及质量监测部门的工作。

加入LDRP项目，您将会：

获得在美国和亚洲不同的地区或部门进行轮岗学习的机会

前往美国接受为期二至三周的新员工培训，并有机会与德州仪器高级管理层交流

得到在工作中的学习培训机会，从而帮助您逐步发展所需的领导技能，以确保您在未来的成功

获得建立更广阔的工作关系网和接受导师辅导的机会

参与领导力发展课程的学习

项目结束后，你将在德州仪器半导体制造（成都）有限公司定岗发展

未来更将有机会担当重要的管理者角色

电子、微电子相关专业，学士或者硕士学位

GPA分数3.5/4.0

This is a 3-year rotation program and we will get our future leaders prepared through it. Here, new college graduates will gain real-life technical and leadership development experience by working in a challenging and fun environment. And you will be provided a chance to work together with our design engineers and customers for new products or chance to work in test, product or quality department.

If you are an internal drive with competitive spirit, like to learn in a fast-paced environment, this would be a fantastic opportunity for you. We are looking for those who value success by feeling responsible and accountable for personal and team results. Also, the ability to know how to work well with people and network, build and sustain relationships is necessary.

We are looking for students

with bachelor or master degree, major in electronics and microelectronics

GPA above 3.5

good English communication skills

willing to work in Chengdu
