生产计划专员

职位描述：

生产计划专员负责产品的制造计划与管理的各个方面。主要负责执行和协调不同生产阶段产品的生产规划和调度工作，从而完成生产进度计划、劳动负荷和容量要求。根据时间计划表，确定材料和部件的要求，以确保材料满足生产要求。

生产计划专员需要用一个高效的方式，使得各部门之间的工作按计划进行。同时，我们也需详细的记录各个生产参数，包括所有的生产状态和出货时间期。最后，确保满足客户生产需求。

岗位职责：

收集总部划分的生产需求，并交付出货计划

密切跟踪并采取必要的行动，以确保计划的按时完成。

快速响应客户的需求，（包括紧急产品调控，报表制度，优先级安排，等）

生产指标的监测和报告。

当生产线出现了不可预期的风险，需与其它部门协调来解决生产计划问题。（工程部，物流，质量管理等）

职位要求：

2014年应届毕业生，工业工程,物流管理或管理科学与工程相关专业优先；

具有工作热情和强烈的责任感；

有自我激励能力，能在压力下工作；

较强的分析能力；

能用Excel做相应的数据分析；

较强的人际沟通能力；

良好的中英文表达能力；

Production Planning Analyst

Job Description:

Production planning analysts are tasked with managing all aspects of planning product manufacture. Responsible for performing planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products through various production phases. Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements. Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules.

Production planning analysts are working between departments in an efficient and effective manner and according to schedule. At same time, we also keep detailed production records, including those for all production status and shipping schedules. Finally, Make sure production to meet customer demand needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Collect the demand of central Planning, work out the delivery plan

Closely tracking and take necessary actions to ensure to meet the plan.

Quick response to customer's needs (urgent lot, pull in, reporting, re-priority, etc)

Monitoring and Reporting production indices;

Coordination of production planning issues with other departments (Engineer team, logistics, quality management, etc.);

Requirements:

2014 graduates, majoring in Industrial engineering preferred.

Passionate and strong ownership;

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure;

Strong analytical skills;

Can analyze data with Excel;

Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Good at mandarin and English communication;
