制造部生产主管

职位描述：

岗位职责：

在确保人员、工艺和设备的高生产效率下，管理生产线以达到产量目标；

执行轮班的工作职责；

领导和管理制造团队的日常运作；

策略性的计划和监控生产线的产品，以达到最大的生产量和最小的设备闲置率；

积极与工程部门互相合作以获得更好的工程支援；

解决和处理生产相关的问题，按时安排设备日常维护，并了解设备生产能力；

组织生产人员的培训，确保所有生产人员遵守安全条例、生产纪律和5S管理。

职位要求：

2014届毕业生，工业工程，机械等相关理工科专业优先；

工作细心，有责任感；

良好的组织协调及人际交往能力；

良好的中英文沟通能力；

能运用Excel做相关的数据分析；

能接受12小时的倒班安排,上两天休息两天；

MFG Supervisor

Job Description:

For students interested in exciting Manufacturing (MFG) careers, TI offers challenging assignments and meaningful learning at a company that gives you the chance to think beyond the ordinary. As a member of our MFG team, you’ll work with leader to maintain the factory model of machine capacity to maximum throughput and meet production output target.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the production line to meet the target with efficiency of manpower, process and equipment;

Can work under the 12 hours’ shift scheme;

Manage the routine work of manufacturing team;

Oversee production line to ensure the maximum of production and minimum of equipment vacancy;

Work together with the engineering department for support;

Solve the production-related issue, arrange the equipment maintenance, and know well about the equipment capacity;

Arrange training for operators to ensure team members to follow the safety discipline and 5S management.

Requirements:

2014 graduate, major in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering etc.

Be accountable and into details;

Good organizational and interpersonal skill;

Good English writing and speaking skills;

Can analyze date with Excel;

Can work in 12 hours’ shift scheme, take break for two days after two day's work.
