The Software Design Engineer - MES works with Buhler China to develop and adapt Buhler manufacturing execution system, in charge of system development, test and on site commissioning. He/She will be responsible for:
- Adapt Buhler Manufacturing Execution System based on the customer requirements
- Design and execute tests at function, component and system levels;
- Fulfill site commissioning;
- Document and standardizing the software;
- Support sales for MES technical issues
岗位要求：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer software or Automation (Computer software Preference)
- Above two years work experience in software development
- Above one years of work experience in a system engineering organization
- Solid understanding of OOP;
- Good read and written English;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to interface effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds such as trades, purchasing, and suppliers, marketing, management and customers;
- Reliability in regard of dates, achievement of objectives, assign priorities;
- Ability to work under pressure, behavior under pressure, Work-Life Balance;
- Sensitized to available resources, cost-to-benefit mentality;
- Proposal of alternative solutions, new ideas, and suggestions for improvement;
- Excellent teamwork and leadership skills;
- Willing to travel
