职位描述：

To go align with the continuous growing of Buhler Group in China, we are looking for the talent to improve our Financial Analysis as well as Project Analysis. This position will also contribute in high quality SAP Finance Module Training & Development. He/she will be responsible for:
- Daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Financial data & report collection and analysis ;
- Daily basis, monthly basis, quarterly basis and year end basis to check the project data (Machine, plant orders

and Feasible proposal and improvement suggestion from finance point of view ;
- CS orders), coordinate& communicate with BU/project controller and Accounting Team from Finance Function Team view
- Identify and solve abnormal project issue, with cooperation with other related teams ;
- Reply and explain the questions from Headquarter and other Sales & Service Center questions about project ;
- Review SAP finance User-manual , complete and revise the existing Finance Module SAP manual for BCOM ;
- Absorb other functional team SAP know-how and SAP process;
- Deliver and share the SAP know-how to colleagues on daily basis, hold periodic SAP know-how sharing seminar internally;
- the Ad hoc project delegated by the superior;

岗位要求：

- Bachelor degree or above, major in Financial Management, Auditing or Accounting;
- At least 6-7 years’ experience in Finance area, at least 2 years monthly-closing GR function experiences;
- Familiar with most module and business of financial department, General Ledger, Cashing& Bank(SAFE), AP&AR, Tax, fixed assets, Cost Accounting;
- Good communication, presentation, and analytic & problem solving skill, Teamwork ;
- Flexibility - to respond to fast changing business needs on short notice;
- Passion for Growth: essential in order to bring in energy and drive delivery;
- Sets high personal standards, takes personal responsibility for delivering top class service and product;
- Governance - good understanding of internal financial controls;
- Maintains high ethical standards and demonstrates high personal integrity;
- Well oral& written English Skills;
- Powerful user of Excel and PPT
