Responsibilities:

1. To provide a study on project feasibility before tooling ko
2. To coordinate ESI on DFM work and develop activities by DFM submission for customer’s approval, testing and production.
3. Based on the study of project feasibility ,to determinate the various factors of cost analysis and to provide the quotation proposal for manager’s approval.
4. To provide product unit price/breakdown to customer ; and if necessary ,to negotiate an agreed price with customer
5. In MP stage ,to confirm NRE cost with customer and offer a quote ;and require the purchase order.
6. To supervise PE have SAP data set up base on latest specification.
7. To supervise PE have SAP data maintain in NPI &ECN stage
8. For new customer , to create the customer code ,data sheet in computer system; to deal the payment term, and to apply for credit limit for business trade.
9. According to product spec. and customer’s request ,to gather NPI members to discuss and confirm all materials, gauges, fixtures and equipments in readiness for production.
10. To be involved the molding trial, post process trial ; and to verify the product appearance, cosmetic and FAI /CPK per customer’s requirement.
11. Samples delivery in each stage of proto ,EVT, DVT,PVT and MP….etc..& co-work with each productive Unit to layout production scheduling and planning.
12. To firstly verify al of production related molds /tools, gauges ,fixtures and equipments in order to pass the qualification of product cosmetic ,dimension and functionality.
13. To coordinate with Tooling ESI on DFM of ECN evaluation once customers sent the notification of product engineering change.
14. In MP stage ,to provide pipeline report ,daily Yield Report and Supply Plan
15. To set up a regular conference call in some cases for customers to be updated on production status.
16. Manage PE who follow PM direction & compelite mission PM give which achieve project successful ;To manage PE which obey company regulation in work time .

Requirements:
1.Masters /Bachelor's Degree required. degree preferably in Engineering, Machine or Molding.
2.Plus 6 - 8 years work-related experience required, preferably in Engineering or Technology fields (i.e. R & D, product design/development, etc.).
3 Good communication and management skills. .Fluency in written / spoken English.
4 Flexible for rotations in project opportunities and willing to travel to the extent required by the assignment
5 Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
6 Strong project management skills.
7 Demonstrate confidence in action and pride in his work.
8 Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate and coordinate multiple functions to achieve objectives.
9 Familiar with Plastic injection or metal tooling. Candidates in laptop assembling, mechanical manufactuing is prefered.
