Duties and Responsibilities:
? Execute proactive recruiting strategies to ensure the hiring of quality employees in a cost and time efficient manner.
? Work in partnership with hiring manager to identify position requirements and ensure those involved in the interview process are well versed in the selection process and understand how to “sell” the company.
? Measure recruitment effectiveness against key metrics, including but not limited to: cost per hire, time to hire, quality of hire and sources of hire.
? Work in partnership with recruitment manager, to participate in the development of tools and processes that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company’s sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection efforts, and produce quality results.
? Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with position requirements. Conduct initial phone screens or in person interviews as applicable. Coordinate the interview process and China recruitment advertising.
? Utilize Global Competency based interviewing tools during the interview process and lead the candidate debrief/feedback session.
? Work in partnership with recruitment manager & HR leadership team in China to participate in the development/expansion of various recruitment programs including: onboarding, employee referral campaigns, interview training & overall branding.
? Work in partnership with HR leadership team in China to complete necessary pre-employment paperwork for new hires & provide guidance and support regarding the new hire onboarding schedules.
? Assist with various projects relating to recruiting and HR as needed.
Attributes and Skills:
? Strong attention to detail & follow-up skills

? Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
? Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
? Ability to respond on changes in direction
? Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) required.
? Ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
? Good knowledge of on-boarding and initial training requirements for in-coming employees.
Education and Experience:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related disciplines required.
? AccessPI certification highly desirable.
? Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) required.
? Experience recruiting for Design, Engineering/Quality positions a plus
? 5+ years’ Recruitment experience required
? Demonstrated success in identifying high-quality, talented candidates through targeted, highly-effective recruitment strategies and campaigns.
? Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and on-line applicant tracking system (Taleo Business Edition preferred)
