? Provide daily support to China Suzhou datacenter and manage servers, network & phone system, provide the 2nd line onsite or remote support and troubleshooting to our clients in China
? Work with Helpdesk team to troubleshoot network or server side issue, update and follow up helpdesk network/system ticket
? Create data backup/restore strategy, monitor daily data backup results and create emergency backup if need
? Create application setup and configuration standard manual, provide training to helpdesk team members
? Monitor data center UPS, AC, switch, storage, servers, generator running status, perform weekly or monthly maintenance
? Manage IT devices capacity under control and make sure IT assets records update to date
? Collect clients request and suggestion, build good communication channel with each branch office
? Manage and implement Corp-IT projects, define time line and delivery resources to make sure project schedule meet Corp-IT plan
? Executes Corp-IT policy to make sure all China computers software follow up company standard
Experience:
? 3-5 years System administrator work experience, foreign company work experience is plus
? Excellent English/Mandarin communication skills in verbal and writing
? Strong experience in Windows 2003/2008 server management, AD replication & group structure design, GPO deployment, IIS and DHCP & DNS configuration
? Familiar with IBM/HP/Dell server hardware platform, proficiency on server configuration and troubleshooting, familiar with RAID, Cluster, NLB and etc.
? Strong experience on data backup and restore, familiar with Arcserver or Veritas backup software, Dell or IBM/HP tape backup devices
? Familiar with Microsoft product platform, proficiency in Windows XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office2010 setup, strong experience on MS Outlook email client configuration and troubleshooting
? Familiar with Cisco switch, firewall, wireless AP configuration and troubleshooting
? Excellent understanding of HTTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, AD, FTP, Telnet, VPN, DSL WIFI configuration and troubleshooting
? Familiar with Linux platform, hyper-V and VMware will be plus
? Excellent understanding of customer service and strong sense of customer focus
? Excellent team player spirit and professional personal integrity
? MCSE/CCNA/CCNP/RHCE certification will be plus
? Sharepoint experience will be plus
? University degree on computer science or related major
? Willing to travel in Jiangsu and Zhejiang
