职位描述
? Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues via phone, remote, and in-person channels for our clients in Suzhou and Ningbo
? Provide 1st line helpdesk support service, take and assign day to day helpdesk tickets
? Setup and maintain computer laptop & desktop hardware, software for clients
? Maintain OA devices including printer, scanner & fax machine
? Configure iPhone, Blackberry, Avaya IP Phone and Polycom video conference
? LAN cables setup and organize
? Creates IT devices documents and make sure records update to date
? Provide professional IT orientation and basic IT training to new employees
? Collect customer request and suggestion, consolidate communication with clients. Feedback pending issue to supervisor and provide coordination for solution
? 2-3 years helpdesk / infrastructure support experience, foreign company experience will be plus
? Fluent English/Mandarin communication skills in verbal and writing
? Familiar with iPhone, Blackberry, Avaya IP phone configuration and troubleshooting
? Familiar with Microsoft product platform, proficiency in Windows XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 setup, strong experience on Ms Outlook email client configuration and troubleshooting
? Strong experience on MFP printer configuration and troubleshooting
? Excellent understanding of TCP/IP protocol, subnet
? Excellent understanding of DNS, DHCP, AD, FTP, Telnet, VPN, ADSL WIFI configuration and troubleshooting
? Excellent understanding of customer service and strong sense of customer focus
? Excellent team player spirit and professional personal integrity
? MCSE certification will be plus
? Must have a minimum of a College relative degree or equivalent work experience.
? Willing to frequently travel in Jiangsu and Zhejiang
