职位描述
Responsibility
? Implement common business processes to production planning, including managing NA supply chain orders and forecast, develop planning schedule for production.
? Develop level production plan, working with supplier.
? Monitor and report production schedule compliance. Review production capacity in detail.
? Participate on cross-function project teams involved in new product launches in preparation for smooth product ramp including key sub-assemblies and tooling.
? Set and refine system parameter and data on BOM, transit times, safety stock levels and scheduling points.
? Monitor and control inventory levels to target levels; coordinate engineering changes; support localization efforts. Drive the initiatives of Inventory reduction
Requirement
? Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
? 3-5 years experiences on production planning and control, MRP, pull system, Inventory management, master scheduling and logistics analysis;
? Supervisory and management experience and Experience in purchasing, sales, and production operations preferred.
? Excellent English; Other language is a plus
? Strong PC and systems skilled
? Familiar with SAP system ; Strong analytical and problem solver skills; APICS certification preferred.
? Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill; Strong interpersonal communication skills and leadership; Organized and disciplined.
