+ Telephone interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Be responsible for project management of new factory set up, mechanical & electrical, equipment and machinery installation for production
+ Manage and direct through subordinates the planning, manufacturing, assembly and test of the end products to meet customer\'s requirements, the product production plan and manufacturing strategy of the company
+ Implement the Total Quality Improvement Process within the plant; support, encourage, and monitor active employees\' participation in the quality improvement process and insure factory compliance to TS16949 standards

+ Determine and manage the annual manpower and operating budgets
+ Determine, develop, and implement with the Manufacturing Engineering Department, the selection, acquisition, installation and qualification of equipment to improve quality, provide capacity, and reduce costs
+ Prepare equipment retirement plan or for outsourced goods
+ Manage, with Manufacturing Engineering, the capital equipment budget
+ Establish and maintain communications to ensure harmonious relations with all segments of the work force
+ Interpret and administer company policies and procedures
+ Manage and direct a safe and well-organized work place
+ Maintain an efficient and orderly work force
+ Develop and maintain flexible and creative resources to effectively respond to customer orders for stock, standard and ETO products plus projects
+ Implement modern manufacturing technologies and processes
+ Participate in all sourcing decisions affecting service and costs
+ Manage and direct financial aspects of the local operations to ensure compliance with local fiscal obligation such a s taxes and payroll

+ Travel is required in communication with suppliers, sales, customers and HQ

Requirements:

+ Bachelor degree is required
+ Solid expertise and more than 10 years' experience of plant management China in automotive manufacturing
+ Team and project management experience in a professional manufacturing environment
+ In depth knowledge of foaming manufacturing or assembly
+ Good command of computerizing & communication skills
+ Fluent oral and written Chinese Mandarin and English
