The client is an international automotive components manufacturer.

Salary:

Reporting to:

Plant Manager

Travelling:

Upon work requirements

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Suggest, coordinate and carry out the monitoring of new suppliers audit plans

+ Impel, provide technical support and guarantee that the problems are solved

+ Control of suppliers' PPAP (content & timing); To ensure supplier evaluation (ICP, IMI) and feed back to them; and to lead supplier development in accordance to the LPM

+ Make the suppliers quality audits (System and Process), directly or through the STA

+ Carry out the monitoring of the action plans stemming from the audits

+ Manage the STA Team, guaranteeing efficiency, development and motivation and be responsible for the turnover rate of STA team

Requirements:

+ Bachelor degree or higher, major in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, or related discipline

+ Above 5 years of supplier quality management experience

+ Understanding of mechanical production processes

+ Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
