Plant Manager

Travelling:

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ In charge of new tooling developments

+ Working with PE team to review the new product design and provide technical supports on tooling knowledge to cater for any customer enquiry, and requirements

+ Working with suppliers to make new tooling developments, and provide immediate technical supports to solve the precision cosmetic requirements and meet the urgent timeline

+ Working with both suppliers and tooling group for the molding process improvement and tooling optimization in order to meet the top urgent production requirements for the existing products

+ Provide leadership and management to tooling room and training to subordinates

Requirements:

+ Bachelor degree or above, Major in mechanical engineering or molding

+ 6 years above experience in tooling design and molding process

+ At least 3 years in leadership

+ Have good command in English

+ With good team spirit and leadership, and good trouble shooting skills and analytical mind
