能熟练使用英语工作，具有仓储管理相关工作经验，具备一定的仓库管理技能，能与各相关部门的工作协调，有责任心，有较强的执行力，能坚持原则，电脑操作熟练。有船厂工作经验、海工工作经验者优先考虑。

1) Minimum experience of 1 year in warehouse management(preferably in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry)
2) High fluency in English language (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office
4) Highly initiative; highly motivated; high adaptibility; quick thinking.

RESPONSIBILITIES (=) MAIN TASKS (+)
+ Material Control on site in accordance with GMS, using NADIA.
+ Liaising with procurement team with respect to schedule of shipments and expected deliveries of Equipment and Materials ordered by Projects.
+ Liaise with Yard and Contactors on deliveries of equipment.
+ Liaise and advise SBM Discipline Supervisors of material arrivals per the SRL.
+ Arrange and record site inspections of equipment when received.
+ Process CDR for approval that is delivered with locally ordered material.
+ Material receipt in NADIA.
+ Work with Site team developing OS & D reports in NADIA.
+ Assisting Contactors identify, segregate equipment / materials, and ensures correct preservation during storage.
+ Maintain Material Receiving and Transfer Reports SSR & Issue Log.
+ Monitor issue of FIM to production and issue in NADIA.
+ Control of Client FIM.
+ Issue Weekly MSR
+ Monitor scrap and liaise with Material Coordinator for selling scrap.
+ End of project material reconciliation.
+ Participate in material receiving applicable under the System Responsibility Listing.
+ ABS coordination applicable under the System Responsibility Listing.
+ Review all material certification and VDB’s applicable under the System Responsibility Listing.
