依工特种材料（苏州）有限公司为ITW集团在中国的投资的第45家公司，在吴江经济开发区投资的第3家企业。公司将于2014年竣工，主要从事电子化学品、表面活性剂等特种材料。

Job Specifications
Critical Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, major in Chemical Engineering or Technical
- Basic knowledge of Chinese chemical industry engineering compliance & regulations
- Familiarity with quality assurance system as well as China EHS regulations
- Familiarity with chemical process plant environment and expertise in an engineering area
- Basic knowledge of chemical plant unit operation

Critical Skills:

- Good Communication Skills including English, spoken and written.
- Basic coordination and training skills
- Flexibility and adaptability with leadership particularly in coaching and standards
- Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment using teamwork.

Critical Experience: ?
- 1-3 years in plant engineering or Quality & EHS in a chemical plant environment
- Experience in work organization and technical trouble-shooting
- Good quality & EHS sense with deep knowledge of ISO9001 & 14001

Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist Engineering Manager and Project Manager to follow up with project execution plan and strategy
- Assist Government Affair and Contract Manager to liaise with local authorities during the planning, design and construction phase in order to obtain all necessary design, construction, and operating approvals related to China EHS regulation
- Specify and monitor the implementation of appropriate standards of engineering for all aspects of the project design, installation and commissioning
from the Quality and EHS point of view to ensure that the finished product is fit for its purpose
- Work as a key team member to assist the Engineering Manager to follow up on the specification, fabrication and timely delivery of locally sourced equipment and materials to meet the quality targets
- Work as a key team member at the construction site in terms of safety, ensure the existence and adherence to safe working procedures at all project stages to protect the safety of all personnel engaged or affected by the project HSSE policy Work as a key team member to assist the
Engineering Manager to set up the QC lab general layout、instrument sourcing and purchasing as well as set up the
lab management policy, test SOPs and quality assurance system？
- Assist on facility & equipment pre–start, commission and start-up. Work as a key member to assist Engineering Manager to do the new product transfer
- Responsible site operators’quality and EHS training for future operation ？
-Contribute to the development of technology and techniques to improve the overall performance of the asset and organization
