Our client is a leading US company with 10 years operation experience in Zhuhai, specialized in designing and manufacturing custom magnetic components and power supplies serving the high technology electronics industry.
Salary:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Review & evaluate production performance and implement policy and procedure to improve the overall production targets to achieve
+ Manage the production operations and processes for electrical and electronics products
+ Monitor and control the use of production cost, materials, quality & delivery with on-time schedule
+ Improve the production operating policy and management systems
+ Be responsible for workforce on-job training to improve work-related skills and knowledge
Requirements:
+ Education: College graduation or above Major in electronics or mechanism
+ 10 years working experiences above and minimum 5 years in managerial position
+ Good knowledge of the production management, preferable with TS16949 and 6 sigma green belt knowledge
+ Strong in decision marking & have strong sense on both production and quality issues
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Good leadership and supervisory skills
+ Good command of Microsoft office software
+ Good command of Chinese Mandarin and English
