Purpose of the job:
This describes the job briefly. It explains why the job exists.
To develop good method/tools to improve production efficiency, cost saving and both PMs profit. To be responsible for chemical and pulp development. To carry on wet-end process development and follow up. The responsible area also including the investment plan carrying out and training to production to implement the new process/method and follow up.

Key Tasks:
This describes the most important tasks involved in the job. It's also possible to highlight here what competencies and levels of expertise are required in order to perform the job.
1. Support wet-end runnability and efficiency by develop good method or tools.
2. Use modern method/tools to follow up process and trouble shooting.
3. Process modification to decrease energy consumption and filler/fiber loss.
4. Process modification to improve chemical and wet-end system stability.
5. Develop chemical quality and make cost saving action plan.
6. Make chemical trial plan and have a good follow up and reporting.
7. Develop pulp quality to meet the product needs.
8. Improve pulping capacity and stability.
9. Cooperate with Quality control department to develop paper quality.
10. Organize process training and wet-end knowledge training to operation people.

Prerequisites
This describes the education, experience, and language required.
? Paper making technology.
? Good skills in written & spoken English and Chinese.
? Min 4 year as PM day supervisor or shift coordinator or process engineer.
? Good process understanding.
? University degree in pulp & paper making.
