职位描述
Purpose of the job
? Participates in safety management and development in the unit. Participates in the cooperation within occupational health and safety of the unit and its development. Acts in cooperation with the unit and the public authorities. Support the business by providing expertise in Safety aspect to achieve Safety Target. Follows up the developments of the legislation, regulations and instructions within his/her area of responsibility and participates in distributing information to the line organisation.
Key tasks
? Develop the Company Health and Safety system (OHSAS18001) and monitoring the implementation.
? Support and advise to PM1, PM2 and Power plant area in safety issues.
? Initiate and coordinate continuous Safety Improvement programme based on routine auditing and supervision and external changes in requirements.
? Improving the safety management network; holding safety representative meeting on a regular basis; going down to forefront of production to check the safety.
? Organizing monthly safety inspection/audit and monitoring/follow up the implementation of corrective measures for hidden hazards and reporting significant hidden hazards to area supervisor.
? Develop and implement STOP program. Ensure Work Permit & LOTO procedure implement strictly on site.
? Manage and supervise contractor safety with project leaders.
? Manage the lifting devices, tools, platform, ladder, scaffold safety, safety devices.
? Accident investigating, analyzing, handling and reporting (any minor, recordable industrial injuries and near miss) and follow up the corrective measures.
? Organize annual risk assessment/job safety analysis. Identify and supervise high risk operations.
? Develop mechanical safety and provide suggestion about before the design and use of equipment, new machinery
Prerequisites
? BA degree or above, Major in mechanical engineering or safety engineering preferred. Certified safety engineer qualification preferred.
? Work experience 2-3 years. Minimum 1-2 years experience in a MNC.
? Experience from diverse tasks within the safety and security field considered an advantage
? Good in English, both written and oral.
? Good PC skills.
