1. Bachelors Degree or above mechanical and engineering field.
机械或机电工程本科及以上毕业
2. 5 years above working experience in Engineering and maintenance is preferred.
5年以上机械维护方面的工作经验
3. 3 years in managerial position, have the experience of managed more than 3 more staffs is preferred.
3年以上管理人员位置，有管理3人以上的管理经验
4. Speak English fluently. Be proficient in report write and presentation in English.
流利英语，擅长书写
5.Expert knowledge of electrical, mechanical, PLC systems.
具有电器，机械，PLC方面经验
6. Good trouble shooting and decision making skills.
良好的故障诊断技能和决策能力


工作职责Duties And Responsibilities

1. Communicate with CS team to know the rolling budget of the new project. Well know equipments requirement for new project. Provide new investment base on the forecast of new project.
了解新项目对设备的要求，并根据新项目的预测提供预算
2. Study and evaluate new equipment for advanced processes as well as equipment transfer/setup.
研究和评估新工艺所需设备及安装
3. New equipment qualification & release.
新设备的试车和放行
4. Design available equipment for engineering evaluation of new possible improved processes.
设计设备和改进工艺
5. Source, select and qualify new equipment. Benchmarking of equipment suppliers for advanced technology and innovation.
寻找，选择，合格的设备。保证设备供应商技术的先进
6. Prepare necessary documents i.e. procurement specification of new equipment.
准备必要的资料，如新设备的技术规格等
7.Lead & manage the project team and ensure all projects closed successfully in time.
领导和管理项目团队，确保项目能及时完工
8. Modify the equipment base on the process and production needs.
根据工艺和生产的需要改进设备
9. Provide yearly budget for the spare parts and other expenses.
提供备件的年度预算
10.Set up and follow up PM plan.
建立和做好设备预防修理
