–提供各项出色的顾客服务

–跟进销售目标和预算,实现赢利

–确保所有的促销活动高标准地顺利进行(服装陈列,促销活动,大型活动,库存情况和跟进行动)

–招聘,培训团队成员，为员工提供一系列的发展计划

–与团队成员沟通期望目标及工作信息，对每个成员的表现能做出正确评估并持续改善,达成目标

–保证所有后台流程都按照标准执行(人员考勤、现金办公室,折扣活动,收货安全和防损规范)

Job Responsibilities:

–Provide excellent customer service on all levels

–Follow up on sales goals and budgets to optimizes profit

–Ensure all store activities live up to standards (garment presentation, sales activities, campaigns, stocks and follow-ups)

–Recruit, train and provide succession planning for developing every team member

–Communicate expectations and information with team members to evaluate and improve everyone’s performance to reach objectives and results

–Make sure that all back office procedures are up to standards (staff planning, cash office, reductions, deliveries, and safety and security routines)
