工作职责

–在销售部门、试衣间和收银台提供出色的顾客服务

–确保按照陈列指导,在营业部门和橱窗陈列服饰

–计划、执行并跟进促销活动及大型店铺活动

–通过分析销售报表,并依此采取行动来达成销售最大化

–向店铺成员传达最新的商业活动信息

–对店铺成员进行服装陈列技巧培训

–订购、管理店铺的陈列道具

–确保遵循工作符合行政规范并保证工作安全

工作要求

–对于时尚和流行趋势具有丰富知识和浓厚兴趣

–具备通过视觉陈列激发销售的能力

–具有优秀组织能力,计划并有序处理工作,达成商业最大化

–在忙碌的工作中能够集中精力,具备抗压性

–与团队沟通,条理清晰,具有说服力

Job Responsibilities:

–Provide excellent customer service on the store floor, in the fitting rooms and at the cash desk

–Ensure garment presentation in the store and the windows according to standard guidelines

–Plan, execute and follow up sales activities and store campaigns

–Maximize selling by analysing sales reports and taking action accordingly

–Communicate and inform the store team about upcoming activities and campaigns

–Train the store team in garment presentation continuously

–Order, handle and organise display materials

–Guarantee that safety, security and administrative routines are following the rules

Job Requirements:

–Extensive knowledge and interest in fashion and trends

–Ability to create visual solutions that inspire sales

–Ability to organize, plan and priority in order to maximize business

–Being positive and convincing in communicating with the team

–Ability to maintain focus and handle the pressure of a busy day
