Job description
The Global Business Solution Center is a solution & asset development, engagement and delivery supporting organization in IBM to accelerate business in global.
Job Responsibility:
- Work in PMO to define, implement and deploy, including improve and enhance organization level process, template and tool to align GBS asset strategy
- Work as Quality Assurance and liaison of project teams to make sure the quality of project itself and its deliverables meet stakeholders' expectation and organization requirements
- When required, work as Project Manager on projects to deliver assets to support WW & local GBS business
-Facilitate PM's daily work through mentoring, coaching, etc as liaison on support PM to setup collaboration with related teams including IPAF, AH, Support & Enhancement, etc.;
Required Skills
3 or above years' experience as project/program manager or team lead of in software development projects;
At least 1 year Agile project experience, knowledge of scrum, XP;
Organization level process definition/enhancement/maintenance and Quality Assurance experience in PMO are strong plus;
Familiar with JAZZ, MS Project or other project management tools;
PMP certification is a strong plus
Strong ability to work multithreading
Fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Good teamwork, flexible, responsible and take ownership;
Proactive, good interpersonal, logical thinking, analytical skills; Strong problem solving skills.
MS or BS degree, Computer Science or management equivalent is preferred
