Purpose of Position:
? To generate materials requirement planning(MRP),cooperate with buyer to ensure delivery on time
? To creat ,release and monitor work orders on the shop floor. To strive for 100 % on-time delivery to our customers.
? To balance production schedule and customer demand to keep stock under control for all RM,WIP and FG,reduce working capital.

Principal Accountabilities:
Production schedule:
? Coordinate with customer service to ensure orders are confirmed timely and orders can be filled within the customer requested date
? Optimize production schedules and coordinate with production to ensure efficiency
? Track and improve on production schedule performance
? Maintaining and updating schedule

Raw material planning:
? Create MRP in Axapta for all materials
? Cooperate with buyer to ensure RM deliver on time
? Monitor and review the consumption of raw materials and packaging
? Make plan for raw materials replenishment and ensure continuous supply to meet production
? Conduct periodic review to optimize the safety stock settings for raw materials

Inventory control:
? Responsible to lead effort to minimize inventory on-hand
? Coordinate with customer service, production, warehouse, and quality to reduce stocks
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? At least 5 years expirence in production scheduling and materials planning in automotive industry
? Must have at least 5 years experience of ERP system, Axapta experience is an asset.
? Fluent English speaker
? College degree above
? Advanced Excel and MS software knowledge
? Inventory management and lean production experience
? Knowledge of Replenishment systems
? Strong communication skills
