我们的客户是一家知名的外资工业涂料公司，专业从事消费类电子产品涂料的研发、生产及销售。
Job Summary 工作概要:
Responsible for the plant operations for several Operation groups, including Production, Logistic, Maintenance, SHE, Customer Service & Operation Planning, and Process Engineering.
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Develops manufacturing objectives consistent with existing sales, projected sales forecasts and inventory requirement.
2. Sets, maintains and manages high standards of operation, including SHE, quality, efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction.
3. Reviews reports on manufacturing activities, performance and results and initiates corretive actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors.
4. Coordinates with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing programs.
5. Initiate, Manages and executes various improvement programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs, safety, process, efficiency, etc. Including but not limited to quality improvement programs, such as Lean manufacturing, ISO, 6 sigma.
6. Determines proper staffing and skill levels for the operations.
7. Manages and trains, Coaches junior managers.
Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in chemical related disciplines.
2. At least 8 years operations management working experience, with 3-5 years experience in Chemistry Technical or Process, and 5 years manager experience.
3. Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
4. Lean manufacturing or TPS, and 6 Sigma or other quality system experience is a plus.
5. Familiar with MS Office software like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
