Key Job Accountability主要职责

Department: DA Training & Development

Reports to: DA Development Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Assist team member on department purchasing orders and internal orders.

-Liaise with marketing team for uniform and DA accessories design, manager agency to to provide design, sample uniform and accessories and ready-made ones on time in full. Co-ordinate uniform and accessories allocation and delivery national wide.

-Responsible for DA free goods application, allocation and delivery.

-Responsible for DA mystery shopper winners’ gifts delivery and stock management.

-Responsible for DA related materials and tools delivery and management.

-In charge of SMS communication with DA team on regular basis.

-Assist DA development manager on sales team reporting consolidation and generating.

-Update department budget cost on monthly basis and adjust activity plan accordingly.

-Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Preferred Candidate Profile对候选者要求

-Bachelor or above

-2 years + experience in promoter management function or sales related functions

-Team-player and proven ability to work in cross-functional environments

-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment, especially for project management

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese)

-Experienced user of MS Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
